Strong Through Perimenopause is an 8-week deep dive that transforms your mindset and habits to support your perimenopause journey.
Contrary to what you'll read or hear, perimenopause is not the time for fasting, cutting food groups, and spending even more time in the gym. This major hormonal shift requires a different approach, and we want to show you a compassionate, intentional path forward.
