Feed Your Focus is a 7-week group coaching program built exclusively for ADHD adults who are tired of forgetting to eat, hating their prepped meals by Wednesday, and wondering if everyone else just got a manual on how to feed themselves.
This isn’t another rigid plan, tracking app, or “eat like a grown-up” lecture. It’s nutrition support that finally matches your brain: flexible, shame-free, and a lot of fun.
No more comparison to other sturdy girls. Learn to embrace your squirrelly brain and find yourself in your Sturdy Squirrel Era.
Start Date:
Tuesday, September 30 at 6:00pm CT
7 consecutive weeks, meeting on Tuesdays
Sessions are live + recorded, available for 6 months
Registration opens to the public August 30!
