The Strong + Sturdy Membership is our signature community for active women who want consistent support, grounded education, and a place to land when motivation dips.


This is where nutrition feels doable, where performance is celebrated, and where we help you build energy, muscle, and confidence without dieting.

 

For women and nonbinary people who:

  • need support through body changes and perimenopause

  • 15+ monthly sessions on nutrition for health and performance, body image, consistency and mindset, cooking and culinary skills, and accountability 

  • Coaching touchpoints to help you build consistent, non-diet fueling routines

  • A supportive community where you can ask the messy questions, get grounded guidance, and be cheered on by other sturdy pals

  • Access to our Nutrition Resource Library with nutrition guides, recipe books, health condition manuals, and all community class recordings

  • ADHD friendly systems and strategies to help you stay nourished on your busiest days

Offered for 6-8 weeks at a time, our group coaching experiences support you with...

  • Unpacking and challenging your diet brain

  • Practicing nutrition habits that support your health + metabolism

  • Creating a values-aligned routine

  • Fostering positive body image

  • Building confidence with food + movement

Group enrollment is capped in order for participants to receive complete care and guidance from our dietitians.. 

For 2025, investment is approximately $75/week.
