  • a laser-focused nutrition assessment with goal setting for your upcoming event

(2) 30-minute follow-up sessions

  • typically scheduled once a month

  • address challenges and concerns that arise

Once your session is scheduled, please complete your intake forms and billing authorization sent to your inbox.

 

If your forms are not completed within 24 hours of your session, we will reach out to reschedule.
