ask yourself these 6 questions if you’re worried about sugar and fruit

If you're still worried about the fruit carbs... I want you to ask yourself why:


  1. fear of eating too many carbs?

  2. worried about overall sugar intake?

  3. unsure how to balance fruit with a 'prediabetes' lab result?

  4. hard time letting go of past advice from trainers, coaches, providers, and friends?

  5. frustrated with recent or ongoing weight gain?

  6. You're not alone in that. Diet culture does a number on us. Really though: how many of us were taught to not eat the whole banana?

I find that what helps most is a nutrition refresher: learning about food outside of weight loss, practicing nutrition habits to feel food in your body instead of to shrink yourself.
