get back on track using a non-diet approach

Let me reframe this weekly itch for you. You may not need to 'start over.' You might just need to know where to start

How many "I'll Start Over Mondays" had you doing things you had absolutely no business doing, like 75 Hard, a low carb diet, intermittent

track lanes

fasting, or a new running routine? I'm certain I hit the thousand mark on that metric.

We have no business doing these high energy, full tilt, often restrictive protocols because they are so FAR from our starting points. And yet, that all-or-nothing brain is shouting confidently, "You really got to get it together. You gotta go harder on this." 🫠

Needless to say, I get it. The voice inside your head really wants to call the shots and get you "back on track." My recommendation to you is to challenge that voice a little bit with a question: if I need to get back on track, what's the easiest place to start?

I didn't say easy. I said easiest. Offer yourself a Bingo 'free space' of a task. Think so easy it's almost a no-brainer: fill up your water bottle, put your gym clothes in the washer, put a snack in your bag.

Instead of starting the week with an impossible task, start with an easy win. This one little thing establishes confidence. And then we can use that confidence to do the next easy thing.

What does all that confidence create? Action. Self-trust. Sturdiness. Oof. I freakin' LOVE to see it. Hope this helps if your brain needed it today 🥰

⚡️ You can start your week feeling sturdy instead of starting over. In Sturdy Girl Season, we build smart fueling habits and self-trust. You in? Learn more below and join us for the upcoming cohort of Sturdy Girl Season.
